African Thumb Piano
This sample library was created from a beautiful African Thumb Piano.
There are multiple components to this sample library.
I created some percussive drum sounds using different techniques on the instrument itself. These samples are mapped according to your typical MIDI drum standards so it can easily be swapped in from a previous beat you’ve created.
The main melodic element of the instrument was recorded with two different styles to create a bright and dark sound.
The final component in the instrument is the Glissandos. I recorded multiple glissandos across the tines to be used as an effect.
The download comes with an exs file for the Logic/Mainstage sampler and an nki file for Kontakt. It also includes the wav files if you would like to use it in your own personal favorite sampler.
